*Quick Healty Recipe for Working Mom
3/4 LB. Bag of Cranberry Beans (Roman)
1 LB. of Naturally Fat Tree Salsa
1 LB. of Ground Turkey
Cook the ground turkey well done and drain.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and slow cook for day while working. When you get home it will be ready to serve with Whole Wheat Tortillas or on Salad topping with small amount of Naturally Shredded Cheese.
**Remember...
Bananas are Low Glycemic when they are still partially green.
